First, she found us a Covid retreat on 2 days' notice, then recommended a fantastic broker for a search outside of her territory, and when we came back to search in her area, she was always patient when we didn't know what we wanted or didn't respond to emails. But she listened carefully to what we said and so knew what we wanted. And then the right house came on the market, and she was there with spot-on advice about the market and pricing.
